SMR Recovery Run?

3 PAX posted in the gloom for a good, albeit tougher than anticipated, 5-mile run. We set out from the StoneBridge church parking lot, down Prosperity Church Rd to David Taylor, and David Taylor to the Mallard Creek Greenway entrance next to Governor Hunt Rd. We took the Greenway all the way to the old Montessori School on Mallard Creek Rd where we cut across a dark and sketchy field, set of stairs, and parking lot to get to Mallard Creek Rd. We took Mallard Creek Rd back to Prosperity Church Rd and back to our starting point. YHC and Trailmix were still in recovery mode from the Smoky Mountain Relay the weekend prior and both commented that the run didn’t feel all that great. Blip continues to get faster and mentioned he is ready to take on the Blue Ridge Relay this year! Sterling and Titan joined us for announcements and COT. Thanks for letting me lead!
