Six men showed up on this crisp Spring Morning to get the day started right. It was great to see Dodger back from his world travels. A brief disclaimer was given and we were off into the gloom.

Mosey to the soccer field at Central Park

We completed a version of Triple Nickel

  • run to other side of field
  • 5 diamond merkins
  • return to start
  • repeat to complete 5 sets

Mosey to picnic shelter

  • 10 step-ups (each leg)
  • 15 WWIIs
  • 20 decline merkins
  • run to street/return
  • 10 jump squats
  • 15 alternate leg raises
  • 20 dips
  • run to street/return
  • 10 lunges (each leg)
  • 15 in & outs
  • 20 wide merkins
  • repeat to complete 2 sets of each series

Mosey to park exit, quad to first street

Stop for 15 low flutters

Continue up hill, shuffle halfway, switch to opposite side

Stop at next street for 20 LBCs

Mosey back for Mary
