Mcfeely beelined it directly to the Manor house this morning, Given the 43* YHC was going to lead outside but the assembled Pax didn’t appear to mind heading inside, so in we went. YHC is in a sorry state, still nursing the pinched nerve, and now have added a bruised patella and broken toe ????! Hey where is buckwheat? Didn’t he HC yesterday? 10and2 said yeah, he said he totally needed it after realizing how tight he was after two weeks of missing it!

The thing: With the new injuries YHC had to modify a little more than usual.

• Worked on shoulders and upper back
• Worked on core and lower back
• Finished in corpse pose and worked on our breathing

We counted off, and then performed namearama.
