9 yes 9 bAAAAAAAd men! posted courageously for undoudtedly the best, the greatest, the most awesome beatdown EVER!!! the air was mild but sticky and soon to be moist!

We waited about 10 seconds for G Vegas and Chicken Strip, #NOSHOW, if you are notnhere definitely your loss!

Mosey to Hippies truck as he was kind enough to visit us today and brought gifts in the form of 17 lb 4 ft bars, why go to the bar when it can be delivered to you? Everybody belly up and grab one and head to the deck as Sir Toppy was sickly amd needed to stay dry and warm!

Warm O Rama

Perform every exercise for beatdown as an explanation of the Thang, but a bunch of lippy jug heads cant grasp easy instructions except Catfish! And on the way up tippy, chicky, and hippie, run past him on the 5th fl as he yelled at them from the darkness. All the 6’s correctly found the 5th.

Thang (must carry the Bar at all times)

5Th fl – 10ssh ic, run down to 4th fl

4th fl – 20 V ups, run back to 5th 10ssh, run down to 3rd fl

3rd fl –  30 walking lunges, run back to 5th 10ssh, run down to 2nd fl

2nd fl – 40 kgb’s, run back to 5th 10ssh, run down to 1st fl

1sr fl – 50 squats, run back to 5th 10ssh

Rinse and Repeat (gee this bar is heavy, can we drop the bar? No shut up and go! Mary called, Mosey!

Continued prayer for Anita Williams and victims of latest terrorist activities, Pray for and or join tommorow – Parkwood Mens breakfast, Shooters Volunteer Work at Wings of Eagles, Gunny’s Church breakfast and Race. Beatdown was originally planned for Suicide Hill we converted to the parking deck because of wet conditions, I believe this added to the intensity level as if the bars weren’t already going to be enough, 17 lbs can sure change things.   There was moaning in the dark we don’t know what Loafer was doing in there, Red Oak almkst had his Acorns ruptured by a stray bar from Gunny, Fire Chicken and Catfish continue to argue the finer points of cadence counting! Grandmaster complained about no arm circles, but who cares? Sir Toppy sick and all wore us out today, strong work! I as always was Awesome! Who is G Vegas? Great work by all as always and Thanks for the push and friendship!
