It was a beautiful morning with clear skies and a little bit of a chill in the air 17 pax rose for the fartsack 5 of which immediately laid back down, 2-3 we have no idea what happen to because apparently they are the only millennials without their phone by their side, 1 was so worn out from calling out pax from the aforementioned group that he didn’t even try to get out of bed, and 1 was busy fartsacking his Q elsewhere in the region. So if my math is correct and Backdraft and Gunny can check me on this we ended up with 7 pax that showed up to see what fun awaited them

When we arrived at the parking lot the pax were surprised to find a new toy ready and waiting for all to enjoy. After some brief confusion over the QIC’s identity, Hipbone is a great guy but I am not him, today’s workout was explained.

The pax would take turns running halfway across the parking lot to the sled push the sled to where the rest of the pax were turn it around and push it back up the hill and return to the group, before leaving the pax pushing the sled would pick an exercise for the group to do in his absence.

after everyone took 2 turns we moseyed back towards Mary stopping at Switzerland on the way to knockout 30SSH IC

then we took the long way around the horseshoe doing the second half of the horseshoe AYG style

Sometimes it’s fun to add props to a workout and sometimes it sucks, today was both. The format allowed for lots of mumblechatter which in turn provided a variety of revelations such Loafer being a moaner his new nickname “boner groaner” is up for approval later this week. I’m still trying to figure out who has better math skills Firechicken or Backdraft…Gunny says Backdraft.  Red Oak came back today after I believe he said a month and crushed it…welcome to the group.  Hurdle was able to join us and looked impressive on the sled.  We also determined that the sled gets very heavy going up hill, AYG 1/4 mile sucks after pushing the sled. YHC was suprised at how kind the group was as no one chose burpees or jump squats.  The Respects won out today carrying the majority and are a testament to the power of staying active I encourage everyone reading this if you haven’t posted yet this week get out there and do something.  Where is G Vegas?
