8 great men showed up to grab a ticket to go on Amway’s Amtrak. ALL ABOARD guys…..  lets get this train going down the track.

Warmarama:  Mosey to tennis courts

• SSH x 15 IC
• Windmills x 10 IC
• cross-over leg stretch 10 sec count

The Thang:

Lets make the tennis court the first station…. its a flip of the coin to decide our reps (heads is 10 reps, tails is 20 reps) the exercises are:

• Merkins
• Bobby Hurleys (in Honor of Duke/Caroline game … AND NO… YHC is not a Dukie fan)
• WWII’s
• Chilly Jacks
• Shoulder Taps

STATION ONE (20 reps):

• Coin flip…. TAILS (20 reps)
• Merkins
• Bobby Hurleys (in Honor of Duke/Caroline game … AND NO… YHC is not a Dukie fan)
• WWII’s
• Chilly Jacks
• Shoulder Taps

STATION TWO (mosey to the bridge):

• 10-2 ladder … press-ups on the railing of the bridge and run to rendezvous point and do Gorilla Humpers and rinse & repeat until complete.

STATION THREE (Afton Gazebo):

• Coin flip…. HEADS (10 reps)
• Merkins
• Bobby Hurleys
• WWII’s
• Chilly Jacks
• Shoulder Taps

STATION FOUR (Afton Barber Shop):

• Coin flip…. HEADS (10 reps)
• Merkins
• AUDIBLE ( YHC changed bobby hurleys to dips since we had a wall to play on…)
• WWII’s
• Chilly Jacks
• Shoulder Taps

STATION FIVE (bottom of the hill behind QT):

• All you got up the hill and do 5 Burpees at the top. Shooter lead the Pax up the hill. (Something got in to Shooter… because he ran up that hill like rabid dogs were chasing him..)
  • YHC had planned to run that hill 3 times but time was moving and we had more stations to get to.

STATION SIX (Church parking lot):

• Each PAX claims their own parking space.
• Round 1 – Merkin/bobby hurleys, 10 to 1.  Starting at bottom left corner – Merkins, run up to top left corner, shuffle to upper right corner, quadraphelia to lower right corner for bobby hurleys, back track to starting point, repeato.Round 2 – Criss-Cross Apollo Ono Sauce to 10.  –  Apollo Ono in LL corner.  Run to UR, shuffle UL, Quadraphlia to LR for Apollo Ono #2.  Repeato to 10.

  Round 3 – Plank-o-rama!!  Plank for 20s in LL, Bear Crawl UL for 20s plank,  Plank walk to UR, 20s plank, Crawl Bear to LR for 20s plank.

STATION SEVEN (mosey back to Afton Shelter):

• Coin flip…. TAILS (20 reps)
• Merkins
• Bobby Hurleys
• WWII’s
• Chilly Jacks
• Shoulder Taps

MARY:

• Homer to Marge …. Low Dollys… Homer to Marge
• Low Flutters with arms raised to the sky instead of under your six (try that one sometime… Thanks Talladega)

Prayers/Announcements:

• Continued prayers for Hop Hunter’s wife.
• Continued prayers for Hokie Pokie’s Mom.
• Continued prayers for Guinness and his Family.
• Wings of Eagles March 16th – F3 Gents to represent and help replace boards on climbing wall.

Moleskin:

It was an honor to lead ALL you fine gentlemen. There was times of chatter, times of running up hills and times of heavy breathing but everyone pushed through it and got it done. TCLAPS to all of you guys…. ALSO, everyone received enough Reward Points to earn a free ticket on the next Amway Amtrak in the future.
