7 HIM braved the cold and took the red pill to come out to get their Beatdown from YHC! Here’s how it went down!

Mosey over to the playground for a Tabata workout of the following stations followed by a mosey around the clubhouse in between each round. Each station was done at 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds
Station 1- Burpees and SSH. Rotate between the two after each rest
Station 2 – Merkin and Mountain Climbers. Rotate between the 2 after each rest
Station 3 – Plank and High knees. Rotate between the two after each rest
Station 4 – Squat Jumps and Wall sits. Rotate between the two after each rest.
After 4 minutes we mosey around the clubhouse and rotate.
