7 Pax made it out for the first Sterling KB workout of the year (I think).

At some point we picked up the Kettlebells for some curls and other less memorable KB sets:
Extenion
Squat to high pull
Tea kettle
Lawn mower
Derby double taps
Chest press
Merkins with bell
Etc.
The Q quite liked the “Active Rest” and the Pax enjoyed 3 instances, but not before they did bar dips, pull up, step ups, and bench dips.
