A beatdown 19 years in the making

It’s a regular Tuesday for most, but for YHC it’s a Tuesday that is also my 19th wedding anniversary.  What does that mean?  Well, that we’re doing 19 exercises with 19 reps each. Doesn’t sound like much, but with some running between locations it filled up 45 minutes nicely.

Mosey to bottom of Avon Farm

  1. Burpees x 19

Run Greenway to Silvermere 

  1. Indian Run x 19 sprints (plus some)
  2. Mason Twist x 19
  3. Low Flutter x 19
  4. Plank while telling story about wedding at Notre Dame
