6 PAX total for Monday Velocity at The Valley.  R2D2 had posted for a pre-Run since he has early work commitments. YHC, along with Osceola, Man Down and Trail Mix, posted for the run with Landlord showing up at the end after running from home.

The crew did Fartleks with YHC blowing a whistle to signal the start of the 80% effort speed run and signaling a second time to return to normal pace.

We took down 4.5 miles, leaving from Publix, out to Mallard Creek High and back to launch point.
