My Fingers Hurt
7 PAX gathered for a Blowout Beatdown with temperatures somewhere near 20 degrees. Apparently there is a temperature threshold for being able to comfortably do a lot of merkins and workouts with boulders (pebbles for Meola) as I heard a lot of complaining about cold and painful fingers. I may or may not have complained as well…hence the title and picture. T-Claps to 2Step and YHC for pre-running. Seriously great effort by all who posted.

Mosey to stop sign at entrance to Davis Lake clubhouse.
Partner Up: Partners split and run in the opposite direction of the 1/4-Mile loop surrounding the Davis Lake Clubhouse. When you and your partner cross (twice per lap), perform merkins before continuing around. We completed a sequence of 45, 35, 25,10, and 5 Merkins.
Mosey to Playground
Merkins and Dips Reverse Pyramid Partner 1 completes 10 Merkins while Partner 2 completes 10 Dips. Rinse and Repeat all the way to 1 Merkin and 1 Dip.
Grab a boulder from the Riprap and Mosey to the parking lot by the dumpster. Partner 1 serves as the timer by sprinting to the stop sign and back (approx. 1/4-Mile) while Partner 2 conducts the following AMRAP exercises with boulders (pebble for Meola):
- AMRAP Curls
- AMRAP Tricep Extension
- AMRAP Squat Presses
Circle up at the shuttle flag for Mary:
- Freddie Mercury x 25
- Low Flutter x 25
- Reverse Crunch x 20
- Homer to Marge
- Merkins until 6:15AM (We finished with close to 200 Total Merkins for the workout)
