4 HIM posted for a Pearls on a String Beatdown Qed by YHC!  The Beatdown was quite simple and didn’t involve a Winkie since it was made up as I went along.

Warmarama:

stretching legs since YHC and Laser ran 6 miles before the Beatdown.

Windmill x 20 IC

The Thang:

Mosey down Davis Lake PKWY stopping at each street along the way until we got to Softwoods House.

Each street consisted of:

Burpess

Air Squats

Lunges

Side Lunges

Merkins

Parker Peters

Star Jumps

Clock Merkins

Core Killers

WW II Sit-ups

Big Boy Sit-ups

LBCs

Incline Merkins at Guard Rail

Dips at Guard Rail

Decline Merkins at Guard Rail

Once we got to Softwoods House we did Quadraphilia up to the second light and did 5 burpees at the top and repeated 2 more times

After that was done, we did SSHs and Money Humpers in Softwoods driveway in hopes of encouraging him to come out and joining us!  Needless to say, there was no sign of Softwood coming to the window to see what all the noice was about. We believe he was tucked in nicely in the fart sack!
