Indian run around the loop stopping every ½ mile for 10 burpees and 20 SSH. When Pax reached Vance street (Suicide Hill) Q decided hill work was needed.
Run up to first intersection and back down, 5 burpees and 10 SSH
Run up to door of Church and back down, 5 burpees and 10 SSH
Run up to second intersection and back down, 5 burpees and 10 SSH
Run to Main Street and back down, 5 burpees and 10 SSH
Pax then continued Indian run to West D Street (Big Hill) back to Main Street and to AO launch area, again stopping ½ mile for 10 burpees and 20 SSH. To finish off workout Q took it easy and allowed Pax to do a reverse Indian run around small Island circle. In total we covered 4.8 miles with 70 Burpees and 140 SSH.
Run heavy Saturday with lots of burpees equals a Grover special. I always enjoy long Indian Runs as they allow for much conversation. Unfortunately Reverse Indian runs at end of workouts call for much complaining and less conversation LOL! Everyone pushed hard and showed great effort, thanks for posting!!
