7 men found their way out of the fartsack for a toasty 25 degree morning.

Brief mosey to the parking deck and pax were instructed to pay close attention to potential slick spots and we all arrived to our destination safely.  Went to grab some iron plates only to find out they had been confiscated by the homeless or more than likely the research center staff so QIC had to call an audible.

Warm-o-rama on 1 1/2 level in deck: SSH’s x 25 IC, IST’s x 15 IC, Slow cotton pickers x 15 IC, & forward/reverse arm circles

The THANG: partner up, partner is used for timer only as all exercises completed individually.  

ALL EXERCISES are 15 reps:
Merks, WWII’s, Mtn Climbers (IC), Curls but no plates so modify, V-ups, Monkey Humpers, Skull crushers but no plates so modify, Core killers, star jumps, bent over rows but no plates so modify, dyin’ cockroaches, burpees.

TIMER, run down ramp to lowest level, up stairwell to level 3, up ramp to other side of upper level 3 and enter that stairwell and back down to partner and complete your 3 burpees together then switch.

Mary called at approx. 0611 and arrived with no time left.

Prayers/annoucements:  Please lift up Sir Topham’s wife, The Burg, G-Vegas’ wife, Scarlet’s baby girl, G-Vegas interview today, & injured pax. Let me know what size shirt as well as what type so i can order before 12/18 for the Gremlin.  Gremlin on 1/19 and Winter Gala on 1/26.

Moleskin: good group for the weather and i think everyone warmed up rather quickly.  All almost finished 2 rounds and I think all were thankful to NOT make it to the second round of 15 burpees since we did 3 between each run which added up quickly.  Workout kept everyone on the move and not “too” many reps of anything, some would argue that on the burpees though.  
Grandmaster has the Q Friday and Backdraft will have his 50th, yes 50th, birthday Q on saturday so if you can post please do so as he will become a “hate/respect” now….hahaha!
