7 Mildly interested PAX gathered in the Artic Like conditions of Black Friday at the Mill. It could be worse we could be shopping. They all showed to revel in the greatness of the QIC!!! and to give Thanks for the abundance of feasting and Calorie gathering!!

Thang – Mosey to Veterans Park

There are 5 circular portions in Veterans Park alternate between Bear Crawl and Crab walk in each one. (FireChicken would so have oved this!!!!!) There were 3 other exercise stations added in the Park!!!

Back Pedal from Ring of Honor to Firelit Fountain, Lunge Walk to next intersecting point, then Broad Jump to first exercise station. 10 Stump Jumpers run to next station 10 Mercans, run to next station Gazebo for 10 Squat Jumps!!!

Rinse and Repeat until Mary Call!!

Mary – Went OG for a long AB session!!!!

Each PAX called an AB exercise this got very intense long Mary’s are good and need to be reinstituted!!!!

Crunchy Frog, J LO, Reverse Bridge Jack, Plank Hold, Leg Raises, Freddy Merk, LBC, missing 2 cant remember what they were. ABS BURNING!!!!!

Prayers for Traveling Brothers and Families, Prayers for Ma Bells MRI, Post for Roosters beatdown tomorrow if Raining park in Parking Deck. Well Q wanted to tread new ground in an untested area of our AO (Veterans Park) It proved to be a nice venue with many options! This was Krawl extensive around all circular portions of the Park I surely wish the Chicky would have been here he would have Cackled!!! FNG seemed to enjoy I tried not to scare him. Spider Monkey Catfish was in Top Form. Loafer made noises that I have never heard before I don’t know if it was pleasure or pain but he gave Cupid a run for his money today! G Vegas was extremely Gassy and proud!!!! It sure has been nice with G Master gone but that will end soon! Great Workout with Great Guys and Coffee Time at Sun Dollas with the Bell the Fish the Rooster and myself before shopping and or decorating for Christmas later begins!!!!
