5 pax decided to stay as trim as possible before all of the turkey and stuffing fill our bellies tomorrow and here’s what went down….mosey to lot adjacent to Nova Credit Union for 50 SSH’s IC and mosey on to the Ktown Park for the first part of the thang:

The Thang:
10 pull-ups, 15 down-dog merks, 20 dips…repeato twice…mosey to merry-go-round stand in front of bench for 20 squats IC (as soon as rear end touches bench come back up)…mosey to the KTown stage for broad-jump burpees across stage and back (watch backdraft almost knock himself out)…mosey up tall grassy/frosty hill (watch G-Vegas almost slide back down the hill)…mosey backwards around loop round to road where Steel Cannon always like to do his ladders w/bear crawls between the curbs…we did a 1 hand release merkin – 10 WWII ladder w/bunny hops back & forth curbs between exercises. Got in about 2 1/2 miles so that was good.  Mosey to Mary…

Mary: pax instructed NOT to drop feet until instructed or could hold no longer.  20 Dyin’ cockroaches IC to Marge-Homer-Hello Dolly for about 5 reps to 20 low flutters IC.

Prayers/announcements: Praise that my father’s results for not having to proceed with any surgery were good as well as my brother-in-laws fathers test results for no lung cancer.  G-Vegas baby momma has a GIRL in her belly…baby girl Presley.  Traveling mercies for all those on the road for Thanksgiving.

Moleskin: not a bad group, other than the fact backdraft showed :-),  since so many out of town but multiple pax posting while out of town too.  Reach out to the pax you know are around but being sad, fat, lazy, clowns and encourage them to come back…
ASEC will have a TURKEY DAY beatdown at 0530 so post if you can.  Backdraft has the Q Friday and a potential FNG will be in attendance so if you’re around please show up.  Rooster finishes off the week on Saturday with the Q.
