Good to have Poutine and Thick Burger here today for the Passport Challenge. Good morning with little running. Q has been battling an ankle injury for about 6 weeks and running is still not good. Good to hear complaints about certain exercises this morning…means Q is doing something right and will implement said exercises with more frequency. Poutine’s Low Flutters were on point. Backdraft’s mouth never shuts up…and yes, I know I’m just encouraging him. Thick Burger said that the winter months are hard on him. I asked where he was from and he said “Indiana…” go figure. Good to be back in the gloom with my brothers. Always an honor to Q.
