Mosey to Hill 216
So the exercises below were supposed to be done on the hill but with the sprinklers going full bore it would’ve been a slippery, dangerous, wet and very cold beat down so after much grumbling by the pax YHC audibled and we moved to the parking lot above Hill 216.

Another fantastic showing at Concord despite the cooler temperatures. Thanks to the pax who made the treck up north to get their passport stamped. It was a privilege to lead you guys this morning. Thanks to the Concord regulars for letting me take over and not running me off for not running enough. In most situations in life I like to hide in the background, I’ll step up in small ways when needed, but I’m not a “natural” leader. I like leading workouts because it gives me a platform where for some crazy reason other men will listen to you and do 100 burpees, but it’s also okay to fail and to have to change the workout because of a sprinkler or because you forget your phone during Name-o-rama you have to rely on the coffeteria crew to help you remember all the names. Thanks for encouraging me and keeping me accountable, like I said in the prayer I don’t come out for the burpees (okay maybe I do – like Dredd said it’s supposed to suck) but the main reason is the other men. Also good call to whoever ordered the sprinklers on this morning – that got us all out of a lot of hill repearts and as Indy said may have spared us a lot of injuries. And apologies to Backdraft who’s still waiting for the workout to start.
