Started the morning with a little mosey (with jab left, jab right)around the Y parking lot and

then over to the school village.

Mosey around to back of school village

10 Front kicks (left and right) + Jab (left and right) + Merkins

10 Toe taps + SSH

20 Flutter kicks

20 Sit-ups w/jab + jab

40 LBC’S

Finished out with speed rounds

5 Merkins then LBC’S  – Repeato until time called.
