10 PAX was way more than Q was expecting given the conditions.  Homeland, Catfish, and Skinner were a little too excited to splash in the water.  The preblast did not disappoint…we were all soaked to the bone inside 5 minutes into the workout.  Pull-ups were a bear as always…we gotta get better at those.  I think most PAX ran a little over 2 miles.  Solid effort by all.  Welcome to our newest PAX “The Count”, formerly known as Trey Charles.  Keep posting, it gets easier.  Prayers were lifted up for all those in the path of Hurricane Michael.  4 of the 6 families in my missions organization LINC-UP Missions, were in the path of the hurricane and we found out that our financial secretary lost a home in Port St. Joe, Florida.  Please keep us in your prayers.  Thanks for posting today.  You guys are like family.

Always an honor,
Trick Daddy
