7 men met this morning for YHCs Birthday Cruise.  The route was not posted and came with a surprise ending.  It went in and out of cul de sacs and in strange directions…spelling out something on Strava maybe…

Sort of a 58.  Best I could do with the curvy streets of Wellington and Winchester.  We covered almost 5 miles and got back in time for another YHC Birthday tradition….58 Merkins.  Full route here…

COT prayers for the family of F3 Atlanta brother Darth Visor as he left us yesterday and for Hotwheels and his family.  Reflections on how short our lives are and my goal to trade each day for something purposeful, loving, and selfless that honors God.  At 58 I figure my life is half over…God willing…I hope to stay busy at that work.  Very thankful that I can run and enjoy good health and good friends and brothers.
