25, yes, 25 pax arose to see what Hipbone had in store for today’s beatdown only to find out that it was actually a revenge Q for Fire Chicken, no cards this time…a straight up old skool beatdown about to go down.

Mosey to bottom parking lot for warm-o-rama: SSH’s x 50 IC, slow cotton pickers x 15 IC, & IST’s x 15 IC….count off by 4 and listen up for the thang…Skinner joined us approx 6 SSH’s in

THE THANG: 4 stations

Station 1, upper lot: 5 burpees, Cinder block curls, skull crushers, & shoulder presses x 10 each, 5 burpees

Station 2, shelter: 5 burpees, 10 core killers, 5 burpees

Station 3, pull-up bar: 5 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 5 burpees

Station 4, lower part of driveway: 5 burpees, approx 50-60yd sprint up driveway, 5 burpees

RINSE & REPEAT until Mary…mary called approx 0609.

Mary…led by Hipbone…LBC’s x 15 IC, some other ab exercise(was getting my phone so not sure) and some broga

Prayers: Frostbite’s cousin’s chemo treatment going well, my aunt & uncle, Adam Fink’s family due to his passing.

Moleskin: Hip & I been planning the surprise/revenge Q since last Thursday after YHC received endless ridicule on not only my beloved Hokies having a REALLY bad week but by me bringing a less than stellar Q last week….needless to say all is right in the world again as the Hokies got back on track by taking down Dook and by me bringing an old skool beatdown….most pax probably got around about 2 1/2 – 4 times for a minimum of 100 burpees plus all of the other fun stuff.  No complaints about a weak Q today…Indy looked much more streamline today than he did last Tuesday but admitted he would’ve stayed in the fartsack had he known 100 burpees were coming his way.  Frosty was in his element and glad QIC brought back his old style of beatdown…brief call out by El Ab on height of Frosty’s jump on burpees but it was probably his shoes.  Catfish was proud he was the only one not to get lapped by Frosty and was pimping his wife’s electric blue car.  No chatter, praise the Lord, from BCR today about ODU or my beatdown.  The hobbit was a no show but will claim he did a harder workout by himself.  Had a nice showing from Kannon today after a weak showing yesterday on run day.  Had 25 which pax thinks is possibly a non-convergence record and that was without a handful of more Concord pax not there…could’ve had 30 for sure.  Thanks to Hip for playing along and bringing the cinder blocks.
