Eighteen of MECA’s finest showed up at Mallard Creek Community Park this morning for yet another round of F3 Dads. After scrambling to locate each other amongst the thousands of youth soccer players and their parents we had a quick and simple disclaimer and then we were off. Here’s how it went down:

• @Gordo, @Flying Dragon, and @Little Lamb led us on a slow mosey through the complex in search of a plot of unoccupied turf. We enjoyed some Lunges, Stoli Skips, and Side Shuffles along the way.
• We finally found some space on top of the small hill at the back of the parking lot. Quadraphilia up the hill and circle up for Warmarama with @Gordo leading.
• SSH IC X 10
• IST IC X 10
• CP IC X 10
• Triangle touch ten seconds each leg

THE THANG (led by @Dime Bag and @Disaster)

• One round of animal tag with five teams that included Falcons, Rabbits, Gorillas, Rhinos, and Ostrich.
• Several rounds of The Great Shootout, which ended with @Calamity facing off against the rest of the PAX in a rather lopsided finale.
• One extensive round of Taco Tag, won by @Hawk.
• Multiple rounds of SPUD, led by @Animal as the least likely to get tagged out.
• Multiple rounds of Partner Tag, with @Gordo looking pretty worn out by the end of the game.
• @Gordo, @Flying Dragon, and @Little Lamb led us on another mosey back to the parking lot. @Murdock, @Sparkle Kitty, and @Buggers decided that driving beats running every time.

COT, BOM, and Prayer

Post workout snacks included bananas, chicken minis, doughnut holes, coffee, and water. Thanks to Chef @Tootsie for bringing the food to us hot. Also thanks to all of the Highlands PAX that pitched in to pay for the snacks. Much appreciated.

Thanks to all of the PAX who showed up this morning. We had a great time out there. There were a lot of ant hills in the field so hopefully no 2.0’s were bitten.
