Despite impending doom from the storm of the century, 8 hearty souls took to the gales and torrents to allay their cabin fever. No sign of Gooney or Tick.

Moleskin:

Total body killer this morning. Catfish said he’s never wished for burpees as much as he did this morning as the pull-ups kept increasing. Most made it through a complete circuit and some finished a second set of Pull-up/Burpee ladder. Workout was made for Fire Chicken and his HGH biceps. We finished the workout looking like Anvil does on a normal day, but still weren’t able to wring as much fluid out of our clothes. Award for best Core killer form goes to the venerable Indiana. Shout out to Homeland who can almost touch his toes. Remember, every once in a while it’s good to balance out merkin and ab heavy workouts with some back work (pull-ups, Supermans, tire flips) to prevent shoulders and upper back from pulling forward.

Prayers go out to those who actually are suffering from the storm. Especially those near pig farms who may soon be awash in feces from waste retention ponds. Praise for Homeland’s uncle and my cousin who are responding well to chemo.
