Hot temps, large crowds, 21 PAX, it was the perfect setting for another ridiculous running of the “Jailbreak”

Not a whole lot of mubblechatter on days like today, just sweat, grunt, and the occasional You Got This from the supporting PAX at large. Big thanks to PAX visiting us from Tradition and the Davis Lake Take Over always great to have your guys over for a fun visit.

The Thang

Jailbreak goes something like this……

Mosey from Intake to the bottom of the Farm Lands ( Avon Farm ) to Station #1

Station #1 10 Burpees, complete and advance uphill to Station#2 20 Crunchy Frogs and return to Station#1

Station#1 advance uphill to Station#3 20 Carolina Dry Docks -> back down hill to to Station#2 and then to Station #1

Station#1 – advance uphill to Station#4 20 Monkey Humpers ( typing this plane, a little awkward )  back down hill to to Station#3, then to Station #2 and back to Station #1

Station#1 back up the hill to Station#5 20 Plank Jacks and back down to Station#4 -> Station#3 -> Station#2 and return to Station#1

Station#1 back up hill to Station #6, The Great Wall for 20 Muscle Ups and back down again to Station#5 -> Station#4 -> Station#3 -> Station#2 -> and return to Station#1

Station#1 and final advance up hill to Station #7, The Gun Range for 10 Pull Ups and back down hill to Station#6 -> Station#5 -> Station#4 -> Station#3 -> Station#2 -> Station#1

This is for Man Down – Then work your back Station#1 back up hill to Station #6, The Great Wall for 20 Muscle Ups and back down again to Station#5 -> Station#4 -> Station#3 -> Station#2 -> and return to Station#1

6:05am and the PAX gathers at the bottom of the Farm Lands for a fellowship mosey back up to Intake.

Congrats to Man Down and Skipper for lighting it up this morning and making the complete Lap of all 7 stations plus the start of round back down the ladder…..

Everyone left with Stronger Legs, lungs with Increased capacity.
