5 PAX showed up on time for the RS Wednesday Cruise.  The Q was a last minute commitment to take the PAX on a once ran before interval run on the Moss Creak Nature Trail.  Goal: Change the scenery, challenge the body with some intervals and keep the group together.  The 6th PAX, Sparknut, showed up as we departed from Odell Elementary.  During the run Soprano picked up a 7th mysterious PAX.  Was he real?  A Ghost?  Who knows?  Kilowatt decided to take a smaller group on a detour route in the wrong the direction.  Kudos to the extra credit.  All in all great run and improvement by everyone.
