YHC was joined by five Pax (one was late -Buckwheat, and one was uncharacteristically really late – Hammer), but they were there! The temperature was good, humidity in check and instead of rain we had an occasional mist to keep us cool. YHC announced that given the couple of beat downs this week that had us doing squats, my thighs were tight, so that would be a focal point of today’s stretch.

PAX – Your mat is likely a little wet from this morning, I recommend that you lay it out to dry today – you really don’t want a gross moldy mat!

Afton village beat down kicks off tomorrow at 7am, I’ll be carrying the Comanche flag there. If you are in the hood and want to ride with me- let me know.
