Run the Loop (3 miles) at your own pace but return to pick up 6 if you get out of sight, all the way back to the Parking Deck of Doom. Then Merlots (Sprints that almost induced Merlot’ spillage) up each ramp (.6) walk to next rinse and reapto all the way to Level 6. Walk down stairway and Mosey to Mary.

• Goonie, and Silverback are finally in Brazil after being delayed in Florida.
