Red Friday The Precinct 7.6.2018

All Highlands Backblasts

On May 2nd, 9 killed when their C-130 Hercules crashed near Savannah, Georgia shortly after taking off on a flight to  Davis-Monthan Air Force Base’s 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center.  This workout is dedicated to these men and women and their Families.

Nine rounds of exercises are planned, each round is dedicated to the service personnel listed next to the round#

Round 1 Up Cul-de-sac to Start – Warm Up and Talk about this Red Friday.  1)              Major, Jose R.  Rosado Wife and 2  Son  – Down to Gun Range for 17 Dips – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Squats

Round 2 Major, Carlos Perez Serra Down to Gun Range for 17 WWII – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 MC

Round 3 Senior Master Sargent, Jan Paravisini 2 Dughters and a son. Down to Gun Range for 17 Mercins – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 LF

Round 4  Master Sargent, Jean Carolina Married 2 sons.  Down to Wall for 17 Muscle ups – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Jump Squats

Round 5 Master Sargent, Mario Brana, daughter.  Down to Wall for 1.17 wall sit – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 IST.

Round 6 Master Sergeant, Victor Colon Married, 2 Daughters.  Down to Gun Range for 17 pull ups – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Ice Skaters.

Round 7 Master Sergeant, Eric  Circuns, Married with a Son.  Down to Gun Range for 17 Dips – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Mercins.

Round 8 Senior Airman, Roberto  Espada. Down to Gun Range for 17 WWII – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Squats.

Round 9 1st Lieutenant, David  Albandoz Married with a Daughter Down to Gun Range for 17 WWII – Up to Cul-de-sac for 17 Burpees.

17 represent the number of dependents left behind.  We did every exercise with 17 reps to honor the legacy left behind to carry forward the pride and traditions of each effected family.
