6 patriotic dudes made it out early this morning to carry on the tradition set forth by our great forefather Benjamin Franklin .  . . an independence day 5 miler in the morning.

The Thang:

I really just wanted to take it easy, but at the suggestion of Scooter we went for the combo platter and did the pitchfork + the Magnolia Springs loop + some French Fields extra credit. Scooter also sets up his Carolina rigs with a piece of shrimp, a piece of cut bait, and a piece of squid, so he’s all about variety.

Moleskin:

• Adopt a park will be tomorrow following the ridge to help clean up from tonight’s festivities
