15 Pax posted on a balmy morning with enough humidity to make us all look like Anvil 10 minutes into the workout!

Warm-Up:
Mosey to the back lot of the nursing home to look for Indy (who had gone missing, and we still didn’t find him!)

Butt-Kickers

High Knees

Mosey back to ASEC lower lot.

The THANG:

Everything in multiples of 7 (the biblical number of perfection) since we all try to be perfect but never are!

Number off in 3 groups: Stay close together as much as possible in your group and complete the following exercises.

7 Pull-Ups

14 Burpees

21 WW II

28 Step-Ups

35 Air Squats

42 Stump Jumpers

49 second Plank

7:77 “mile” (around the back of ASEC and to the bridge and back around ASEC the long way to the pull-up bars)

Repeato!

Everyone made it through at least two rotations.  It was a much heavier leg workout than I realized, but what do you expect for the first time on the Q! Overall, it seemed to keep the blood flowing and the pursuit of something better out in front of us.

It is truly a pleasure to lead this morning.  Know you all motivate me to be a better man, physically and spiritually.  Sorry for the slight confusions today with which way to run, how far to go on the bridge, and maybe forgetting 3 PAX,  but I am glad you all realize that I am far from perfect.  The truth is, we all are.  We can pursue, but we only find it in Jesus.  Thanks for encouraging me; I hope I do the same for each of you.

Prayers for Skinner’s Dad and his family, Adam (Frostbite’s cousin) battling cancer and going through chemo, BCR’s former co-workers family with his passing, Trick Daddy and family as they head back to Brazil to spread the Good News, local groups, including Goonie, heading to Brazil next week, and current group in India!
