9 pax gathered for yet another humidity filled morning, approximately 87% humidity at 0530 for Kannonball run.

2 groups, one led by YHC for BRR and another by Grandmaster.

Grandmaster’s 2 man crew covered about 2.75 miles with some sprints, parking deck, and other running techniques.

BRR crew covered anywhere from 5-6 miles depending on pax with a good mix of flats and hills.

Mary did not visit us this morning.

Announcements/prayer requests:  continued prayers for Scarlet’s wife during pregnancy as well as for Sir Topham Hat’s wife Anna that’s dealing with some illness’s that the doctors are having a tough time diagnosing. Injured pax heal quickly.

Moleskin: great to have Winnebago join us for the first time and hope he makes Kannon his new home instead of heading to Lake Norman. Great effort by all on a muggy morning where it seemed difficult to catch your breath.
