1. 6 devoted F3ers and 1 FiA representative met at the Manor House for a 1-4 mile cruise w/ intervals.  The Pax were expecting and easy run w/ YHC at the helm (understandably so).  The Pax did not get what they expected as YHC has decided he no longer wants to stay at a 10:00/mile pace.   Thus, we ran the Manor Town Nest Green 1-mile loop at a faster pace than normal.  Our FiA representative set her mile PR.  We then proceeded to jog down and sprint up most of the hills in Christenbury Wood (Ashley Green, Maple Grove, and Donnington).  We then moseyed the reverse of the Manor Town Nest Green 1-Mile Loop to finish us off.   Strava segments were challenged, but no crowns were taken.  Dingo christened our hood w/ Dingo Scat.  It was only a matter of time….  And he criticized me giving a thorough disclaimer.?.?  I guess I should include possible toxic fumes in my next one!

Everyone got after it.  The Pax questioned me about my AM cornflakes.  We all had fun, relatively, but we’re all better for it.  Thanks for joining me everyone!
