Mark you calendars for Saturday, June 30 at 6:00am. That’s the time of the next MeCa Q School. It will be held at Harrisburg Park, site of the terrific Rail Yard workout. Tons of MeCa Pax Q…you can too. Its a small price to pay for a free workout, and besides, you get to call the shots and make up your own workout when you’re the Q. It is quite gratifying.

No matter where you post in MeCa, you’re invited to the ‘Burg on the 30th for Q School at 6:00am.
