Five Pax joined YHC to welcome the day with a nice focused stretch. The focus was the lower back & hips. After the first series of stretches 10and2 decided to show with his coffee and we welcomed him, so make that six pax.

Softwood shared that the house search had resulted in him finding a house in Davis Lake and the offer has been accepted! So it looks like our brother will soon be clapping out his cotton pickers at Davis Lake AO!?! Congratulations brother!

10and2 is picking up Sizzlean, Hammer and YHC tomorrow morning to clown car to MCP for the 7am workout, there is one more spot if anyone else wants to ride with us. Let YHC know if you want to pick up the last spot.
