12 strong met this morning to start their Friday and month off right and see what Recycle had waiting for them on his second shot as Q.

Warmup:
SSH X 25 IC
Arm Circles – regretted not doing more after a couple rounds of Jack Webb’s
Windmills X 10 IC

The Thang:
Run up all 6 flights of stairs to top of the garage. Each level contained the same group of exercises… 10 Jack Webb’s, 60-second count wall sits, and 20 WWII’s. After completing the 6th floor exercises, run down ramp to 5th floor, run back up stairs to 6th floor, back down stairs to 5th floor and complete same round of work. Take ramp down to 4th, up stairs to 6th and back down to 4…etc. Repeat each floor until Mary.

Most were able to knock out 5 full floors with a couple completing the entire parking deck. The Jack-Webb’s definitely were burning after a couple rounds but happy with the effort by all. We struggled with the math afterwards, but everyone who completed 5 floors got in 275 merkins, with the others getting in 330. It was a pleasure to lead and happy to have had the opportunity again.

Prayer Requests: Indy’s family and father, as he is in home hospice care, and also, Indy’s soon who broke both arms and has double pins in. Continued prayers for Gooney’s mom and her current health issues.
