It was sweaty biz out there this morning.

As a human being name Teddy Roosevelt once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

So we ran from the parking area to the round-a-bout, and then we boomeranged ’round the round-a-bout, and then we ran all the way over to the lower parking area of ARPC property – and that is where we did SSH x 20 IC, 5 burpees, Imperial Walker x 10 IC, Monkey Humpers x 10 IC, 5 burpees, Peter Parker x 10 IC, Parker Peter x 10 IC, Mtn Climbers x 10 IC, 5 burpees, and then we ran North, then East – up the hill to the upper parking area of the ARPC property …and that is where we did some planking exercises followed by 7’s (burpees & Turkish Get-Ups) from one end of the parking lot to the other (South to North & North to South). Then we did some pillar sits with M-Nite-Clubs mixed in for fun. Then we did the bear crawl and lunge walk Tuna routine heading North. And then we did the crab walk and burpee broad jump heading South. Then B2W for 1 min. followed by 50 donkey kicks, and then we karaoke’d facing North and then facing South moving West until we reached the outdoor chapel area, whereupon we did dips, derkins, and incline-merkins (10 each IC). Then we scurried back to the welcome/entrance area of the George E. Simmons YMCA bldg, and we did some amazing Mary. Done.
