Getting Smoked by a Doobie!

First there were 3 Strong men who decided to roll out of the fartsack even earlier for a PreRun.  YHC was hoping for a no show to get another 15 minutes of shut eye but Ace Ventura and Jackpot were stretching and waiting for the voyage.  We fought to get 2 miles in as the parking lot filled up with a total of 16 for a groovy, Hammer led beatdown that was sure to smoke shoulders and quads.  It went a little something like this.

Mosie for a Parkour lap to warmarama which included SSH x 20; Imperial Squat Walkers x 12; Cotton pickers x 12; WIndmill x 12;  CDD x 15.

Before the shoulders get smoked we (I), Decided to do some Peoples Chair with air presses followed by a 30 sec Balls to the Wall….just for fun.  #adlib.

Then we mosied to the real deal in front of Hate Hill….or as I like to refer to it as “The Bleachery!”.  First set of exercises were Bear Crawl Ring of Fire.  Each PAX, 16 of us, got to lead us in 5 merkins in cadence. My fingers and toes say that is about 160 merkins…..your welcome!  The best part, we were treated with the greatest hits from the Doobie Bros.  WHy?  Because Sizzlean and I are going to see them in concert tonight.

Next set of exercises at the Bleachery were two sets of: 10 Negative release pull ups, 20 Dips, 30 LBC’s.

And the final set of exercises at the Bleachery was a simple ladder….it consisted of 7 merkins at the top and 1 CDD at the bottom ,etc. etc.  Oh yeah, Quadraphelia up the hill.

After the PAX was smoked we had a little bit of time for some AYG sprints.
