YHC had committed last week to Q today and even signed up online (although was late doing so), yet Flood Plain still thought he had the Q.  Not a problem at all… except when Flood Plain didn’t show up.  An improv Q entailed and went like this:

-Mosey to Flood Plain’s house in an attempt to wake him with loud SSHs, cotton pickers, windmills, and merkins.

-Mosey down to the Greenway and then back up to the prison yard – 3 separate stops for rounds of merkins, squats, mountain climbers, and LBCs.

-Grabbed blocks and performed rounds of curls, upright rows, squats, merkins, tricep extensions and lunge walks.  Couple moseys in the middle.

-Mosey back to intake for LBCs.

Be in prayer for Brutus this Thursday as he is having an operation on his knee.

(Shouldn’t it be warmer by this time in the year?)
