Blessing of no rain for our workout time this AM
10 F3ers met this am at OCT for a workout I love to break out a few times a year and what better day the NFL Draft Eve
Warmup: Mosey to Bum Wash for 20 x SSH, 15 x HillBillies and 2 10 count TP Stretches
Mosey up to Church St and down past the 53 ATMs to bottom of parking Lot between 53 and El Ab’s place of business
Thang: Football Workout starts with a 20 yard motion exercise to get to starting Goal Line (Bear Crawl or Lunge Walk)
Goal Line: Mosey Forward
10yd: 10 Burpees
20yd: 20 Merkins
30yd: 30 Mountain Climbers (both feet is 1)
40yd: 40 LBCs
50yd: 50 Squats
40yd: 40 LBCs
30yd: 30 Mountain Climbers
20yd: 20 Merkins
10Yd: 10 Burpees
Finish Goal Line: Do a touchdown dance or celebration
I.e. “When you say Carolina, say North Carolina, When you say Carolina, Says HEELS!!” J
Pax had a little chatter but all seemed focused on the workout. Old for some but new for a couple it continues to do its job.
Mary: At OCT we completed 20 Trick Daddies (IC), 15 J-Lows and some Broga w/ Down-Upward Dog plus a Child Pose
Moleskin: Pax all completed 3 full touchdowns with some completing 4 led by Grover trying to recover from his workout stoppage seemed more tired than normal (I could still see him in front of me). Shout out to Yeti for 2 days in a row because a burpee is a lot more for that size young man than it is for many of us. Had enough slope to the parking lot that surface was dry and the rain saw fit to cease during our 45 minute workout and correctly started back during Coffeteria. Glad to see we out showed Kannon on this Wednesday although may not hear that from BackDraft or Fire Chicken J Coffee time was very entertaining as El Ab tries to help my son prove his speeding was because of faulty equipment and Grover explained how he gave to the needy by allowing them to take his Blowers off the back of his truck. Ace explained how some people that often use a cement saw can just walk into his store and take it home (like Christmas). Some mention of a “Supple Leopard” not sure where all that was going. Also glad to see that KGB and EL Ab’s coffee spot didn’t smell like stain I was worried, we may need to hide our glue sticks from them. I like Qing that workout and the sloped parking lot seemed to work well especially to remove the wet surface. Have a great day and come out for Ace’s VQ tomorrow.
