Perfect weather morning and we had 9 hardy men ready to go but no Merkin Challenge participants they would have been happy.
Warmup: Mosey to Belk lot for Q’s normal – 20 SSH (IC), 15 Hillbillies (IC) and 2 x 10 count TP hamstring stretches
Thang: The ASEC bus stop tour – Run to a spot to one unique exercise (20 count) and then 20 merkins then bus leaves for new spot
1. Wall by JC Penney loading dock: 20 Wall Walks + 20 Merkins
2. Mall Parking Lot below Starbucks: 20 Star Jumps + 20 Merkins
3. Movie Theater: 20 J-Lows + 20 Merkins
4. Belk Lot: 40 yard Bear Crawl (20 yd one way) + 20 Merkins
5. Outside Food Court: 20 Burpees + 20 Merkins
6. Employee Parking Lot for Hospital: Up stairs – Down stairs – Up Stairs – Down Stairs – Up stairs (20 flights) + 20 Merkins
7. Opposite Side of Top of parking deck: 20 Apollo Ono’s (IC) + 20 Merkins
8. Parking Lot above Hill 216: Top Hill 20 KGBs/Bottom 5 Merkins – Ladder 15/10, 10/15, 5/20

Moleskin: Happy to see warmer weather as it was very cold running in Baltimore earlier this week. Had some good chatter as Pax remembered past Bus Stop workouts, talked about Grover’s 5000 mile vacation, Grover kept asking how many reps and Backdraft sweetly reminded him it was always 20. Staircase at parking deck was a sauna made for much fun running past men that don’t sweat. Pax and Q called for a couple of 10 counts as it was a fast moving workout. Solid turn out at Coffeteria as Psycho showed eagerly awaiting the removal of his cast in around 10 days. He explained KGB and EL Ab now are also doing yoga along with swim lessons as it is much easier on their finely manicured hands. Outside gravel not so nice. Thought for sure Look Me Up would have shown to support me and Hops was unusually quiet maybe he has missed his allotment of craft beers this week. Happy to see Mike Houston, Scalpel, back for his 2nd F3, he is a great guy and will be a solid add to our pax. (can never have enough Tarheels!!) Finally, solid shout out to Anvil on his 1 year F3 anniversary. Solid job young man, you took your personal fitness into your own hands.
