All exercises were single count & OYO except for those listed as IC in which QIC led…pax instructed to plank and wait on the six after each exercise so all exercises were started at the same time.

Announcements/Prayer requests:  Fellow pax in Mebane that’s a friend of Grandmaster’s is having surgery to repair a hernia.  Continue to lift up Floyd family in the loss of their child.  Fire chicken and family headed to Atlanta, traveling mercies.
F2 Concord at Commoners brewery tomorrow at 7pm, all Kannon pax welcome.  F2 Kannon scheduled for Thursday April 5th at 6:30pm and Buffalo Wild Wings at Afton.

Moleskin: great effort by all and Grandmaster will be a beast by mid June…G-Vegas still a bit tight when it comes to Lunges & squats, needs to start yoga to loosen up…meanwhile Chicken strip gave us his weekly/daily/hourly name-o-rama merlot spill which typically happens when this QIC is in charge…not sure why??  Also, rumor has it that Catfish was in Columbia working out with fellow F3 pax and I’m sure telling them who the real CAROLINA is…haha.
