We ran round that round-a-bout, and then to the foot of the stairs leading up outdoor swimming pool at the George E. Simmons YMCA, and then we COP’d: Merkins x 10 IC, MtnClimbers x 10 IC, Peter Parker x 10 IC, SSH x 20 IC, Windmill x 10 IC …then we did 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 burpees with laps up the stairs, down the stairs, and round-&-up the sidewalk in between. Then we did clip-board dude episodes. Then we ran to ARMS and did 20 Russian Twists and running and 10 Burpees (x4). Then we did 47 sec. B2W. Then Ppl’s Chair + Air Presses (x40). Then 50 Donkey Kicks. Then back to the YMCA for Mary & then we were finished.
