With Gulf-Stream called to more pressing matters. I was honored to attempt to fill his shoes.  Here is my attempt.  That beautiful Team weight showed up this am.  10 total met at Rolling Stone 0430 ready to roll.  Quick back check.  Ruck up grab flag and weight and let’s roll.  Heatstroke set’s us in formation and leads the team to HRMS football field.  Plant flag rest team weight and line up on the goal line.  Quick reminder of this being a team event.  “Hold the Line”

100 yard sprint down turn around and repeato

50 yard bear crawl, 50 yard crab walk  Buddy carry back switch at 50 yard line.  TI-85 couldn’t quite get Heatstroke up the first time and down went frazier.  I turn around and it looked like they were wrestling on the ground.  Hilarious.  Great practice how to get your partner up on your ruck.

Mosey to the Greenway.  15 min time have to get a mile.  Hmm seem a little light on coupons.  With Heastrokes nagging cough figured he would make a good casualty.  Practice 3 man casualty carry.  One person under each arm and one under legs.  Roll out. After about a half mile or a little more moving and swapping pretty good realized we weren’t gonna make time hack so stop for a 5 x Sparky led 12 cound bodybuilders IC. Sprint up the Hill to Marquet and back down.  Resume pace down the greenway.  Grab a Stone along the way.  Not the stone I remembered seeing.  As we arrive to the end of the Greenway I see the Granite boulder I was looking for.  Grab that as well.  Head back for the home stretch.  Great routine swapping coupons and keeping a fair pace.

Unload rocks at other end of Greenway at 0559.  Head back to parking lot for COT.

Great job gentlemen.  It’s all about being effiecient and sharing the load.  I believe we covered 4 miles depending who you ask.  some more some less.  We’ll call it 4.  Enjoyed the morning boys.  Great job Project for 50 lbs.
