That’s right…our Q to be…G-Vegas came down with the flu the day before his VQ so Gooney & Fire Chicken conspired in the late night hours to come up with a beat down worthy of the pax at the Mill.

15…I mean 14 thanks to Amway, showed up expecting some rain that hadn’t made it and it wouldn’t have mattered anyway as most of this beat down was under cover of the parking deck…mosey to Switzerland

Warm-up led by Co-Q Fire Chicken:
SSH’s x 50 IC
Hillbillies x 15 IC
Slow Cotton Pickers x 10 IC
Mtn Climbers x 15 IC

The THANG led by Co-Q Gooney:
Ascending-descending ladder with a kicker
Level 1 of parking deck…start at 20 LBC’s IC
Run up to level 4 via ramps
Level 4 of parking deck…start with 2 Jack Webb’s (1 push/2 air presses, 2 MORE push-ups/4 air presses)
Descend back down the ramps stopping at level 2 to complete 5 burpees
Pax were instructed to decrease LBC’s by one each time down and increase Jack Webb’s by one each time up…I believe most pax ascended up the deck anywhere from 5-7 times.

Great group this morning for what turned out to be quite the workout.  Hate that our G-Vegas got sick and couldn’t make his VQ but we’ll look forward to that very soon!  Amway was MIA but seemed to be having fun with a pineapple last night, according to slack, so his backside probably was a little sore.  Just for some more clarification on Jack Webb’s..(your 4th trip up would mean 1 push-up/2 air presses, 2 push-ups/4 air presses, 3 push-ups/6 air presses, 4 push-ups/8 air presses, and 5 push-ups/10 air presses)  Always start at the beginning at go up from there each time with Jack Webbs.

Prayers for Ryan Chaney as he begins chemo to fight his cancer as well as prayers for Silverbacks mother who’s having brain surgery next week.  Continued prayers for Trick Daddy and family.
