8 men (including one FNG) posted at Davis Lake this morning in relatively nice weather.  Febreze had the Q buy asked YHC to post the BB.  Behind every great man is a young scribe!  YHC texted Febreze earlier in the week reminding him of the Q and to prepare for the workout.  He pulls in with no Winkie and says that he is going to lead on the fly.  We all know how that turns out.  However, we all seemed to have an enjoyable workout with laughter and much mumble chatter.

Warm-o-rama: SSH, Merecans, IST, Hillbilly, Mountain Climbers

Run to school and back  with pain stations throughout
