Mary
Not a whole lotta time for Mary. Low kick flutters for a minute, more or less.
Moleskin
Temps were chilly but that didn’t stop Grover from turning out in his t-shirt and thong. He said (quote) “I would have gone naked if it was five degrees warmer”. This threat aside, it didn’t stop him from kicking our butts on the uphill charge. Pfc Ryan, however, was hot on his heels and fully dressed.
This was a great way to celebrate the feliz cumpleaños of our brother and leader, Indy, who was in a contemplative state of mind judging by the “quiet time” he spent stargazing. At least that’s what it seemed like he was doing.
Not a huge amount of chatter, which was either a result of the strenuous workout or in response to some particularly gaseous PAX. It was more than just Backdraft.
Logs were a great addition for all sorts of movements. They are back on our rock pile for future pain (log run? log toss?) until someone from ASEC uses them for a campfire. Modified Rock Merkins (one hand on each rock) was a great adaptation by TP/Homeland.
Q apologizes for running over and short-changing Mary, yet again. Blame it on the crappy free tabata app…..
An honor to lead you gentlemen this morning. Remember to gather with your brothers this Saturday and bring your M to Cabarrus Brewery. Bonus points if you come formal.
Aye!
