The THANG:
Series of compounding exercises as you climbed our lovely 6 1/2 level deck w/ 5 burpees added in at each halfway point up the deck.
Level 1: 20 merkins, quadrophelia up the ramp, 5 burpees at halfway point, run up remainder of ramp to level 2 and plank up until all pax arrive.
Level 2: 20 Star jumps, 20 merkins and ascend up ramp same as before stopping at halfway point for your 5 burpees (quadrophelia and burpees continued each time)
Level 3: 20 Freddy Merks IC, 20 star jumps, 20 merkins
Level 4: 10 Jack webbs, 20 Freddy Merks IC, 20 star jumps, 20 merkins and our FIRST Merlot spill of the morning from our lost and found Chicken Strip pax
Level 5: 20 Prisoner squats, 10 jack webbs (suck), 20 Freddy Merks IC, 20 Star jumps, 20 merkins
Level 6: 20 Scissors IC, 20 prisoner squats, 10 jack webbs (really suck), 20 freddy merks IC, 20 star jumps, 20 merkins…quadrophelia up the half ramp and finish with your 5 burpees.
Mosey to mary but out of time

TOTAL of 120 merkins, 100 starjumps, 80 freddy merks IC, 165 MORE merkins from the jack webbs plus 330 air presses, 40 prisoner squats, 20 scissors IC & 35 burpees.

Prayers/Announcements: Meca Winter GALA this Saturday at 7:30.  Prayers for Guiness and his family from the loss of his mother-in-law.  G-Vegas’ finger healing well, Trick Daddy & family, as well as Whatley on his mission trip in Honduras.

Moleskin:  Last minute workout thrown together by QIC ended up being pretty brutal and I’m definitely blaming the Jack webbs.  Great group this morning with great effort…great to have Chicken Strip back with the group and he blessed us with a merlot spill on level 4 of the workout and then again after stating his name in the COT.
