Announcements/Prayer Requests: Meeting at Kannon around 6am to clown car to New AO, the Mineshaft, to support them.  Please be with the family of Steven, childhood friend of Rawhide, as his life was tragically lost.  Continue to be in prayer for Trick Daddy & his family as well as Indy and his family as his father is in hospice.

Moleskin:
Great turnout and workout on a chilly mornin’…as there wasn’t a lot of chatter about being cold after the first couple of suicides followed with the core killers and star jumps…60 core killers total was a lot and most should be feeling those tomorrow.  Hacksaw had the pleasure of leading the indian run but the unfortunate timing of being in the back to come back to the front as soon as we hit the bottom of the hill on the way to Mary.  You guys will be thankful for all of this running over the winter so when those hot temps return you’ll be better prepared to handle them.

Always an honor,

Fire Chicken
