We warmed up with a jog over to the elementary school, threw in some high knees, butt kickers, karaoke. Then arms circles and air squats.

-The 10 minute AMRAP of death included: Worst Merkin ever x3 + Burpee into wide,regular, narrow pull ups x3, repeat

-5 minutes of Bernie Sanders aka (something else I cannot remember). Then we tried out the ascending testicles(3×3) with very limited success.
